Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of various technical documentation such as product requirements and end user documentation.
Responsibilities include:
•Collaboration with Product Manager and other internal stakeholders during the design phase to document functional and non-functional product requirements for a configurable software product.
•Analysis of product requirements to ensure that requirements can support software development and quality assurance/testing activities.
•Creation and delivery of finalized product requirements.
•Creation and maintenance of end user documentation such as user manuals and product reference/marketing materials.
•Establish and/or maintain a document control system to track documentation changes and updates
•Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
•Ensure documentation follows company standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Experience:
•Working knowledge of a system development life cycle (SDLC).
•Experience in a Clinical Research Organization (CRO), or within the Biotechnical and/or Pharmaceutical industry.
•Experience working in a regulated or regimented technical development environment.
•Experience working with a configurable software product (clinical software) is preferred.
