JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, located in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Engineer for an immediate contract position.
Details include:
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Three years experience with personal computers, local area networks, and systems administration. Need experience with the following:
-VM Ware
-Microsoft server 2008
-MS Exchange would be a nice to have
-Citrix (4,5,6)
The System Engineer will be a member of the Information Technology Department???s support team and is responsible for the operational support of hospital and information systems. He/She will perform associated service functions related to system hardware/software upkeep and repair, firmware updates and operating system maintenance; system implementation and Data management services (ie:Back up/Recovery; SAN Management; System level Security/global virus and data protections).
EDUCATION: Bachelor or Associates degree in information technology, computer science, electronic technology or other related field.

Controller
- Develop and maintain financial systems and mechanisms for reporting, analysis, and interpretation of operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and in other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization.
- Responsible for accurate and timely preparation and submission of all required reporting to senior management (financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting)
- Direct the preparation of the annual operating plan, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Responsible for the effective, efficient, accurate and timely completion of all general accounting functions, including month-end close, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
- Manage, direct, and develop exempt and non-exempt staff in the execution of daily and long term accounting/finance duties.
- Provide analyses and financial support to senor management and other department personnel.
- Establish and evaluate internal controls and departmental policies and procedures including data integrity control processes.
- Coordinate and assist external, internal, and bank examiners with audits.
- Maintain all customer and vendor contracts.
- Supervise accounting staff
Qualifications:
B.S. in Accounting
CPA preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects to successful completion
7 plus years of progressive accounting leadership experience.

One of our financial/banking client is looking for a Enterprise Project Manager out of Jersey City, NJ. The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible and accountable for the organization and management of project activities. The level of participation within projects depends upon business needs and project priority. This individual will have responsibility for leading projects supporting the Infrastructure portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Clearly identify and capture goals and deliverables of a project
Define activities required to accomplish project goals
Work with subject matter experts from across the enterprise to collect all business requirements necessary to accomplish project goals
Identify required project team members
Clearly and concisely document a project plan
Identify key risks and constraints within the project plan
Monitor and measure project performance and variance from plan
Monitor specific project results to determine if they meet relevant quality standards
Collect and disseminate performance information (progress reports)
Identify potential compliance and regulatory concerns related to project initiatives
Identify potential impact to clients, associates, and shareholders
Coordinate change across the project including scope, schedule, and team membership
Effectively collaborate with associates from all business units and management levels
Identify root cause of disagreement or contention and make corrections where necessary
Capture, prioritize, and resolve project issues in an organized manner
Ability to explain projects to individuals with multiple levels of knowledge
Ability to quickly assimilate and understand the core functionality of information systems used within the company
Ability to execute administrative tasks and testing associated with the project of responsibility
Ability to execute troubleshooting and root cause analysis related to problems associated with the project of responsibility
5+ years working within an infrastructure technology role
3-5 Years of managerial/leadership experience preferred, including managing direct staff
Effective interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), at all levels required
Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills required
Strong analytical and organizational skills required
Must be able to work under minimal supervision and be a self-starter
Demonstrated knowledge of
Microsoft applications, especially MS Office Suite, MS Visio and MS Project
5+ years working in an infrastructure project management role
Project Management Certification (PMP) is preferred
5 year's experience working within the financial services industry preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
