The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible and accountable for the organization and management of project activities. The level of participation within projects depends upon business needs and project priority. This individual will have responsibility for leading projects supporting the Infrastructure portfolio. Responsibilities: Clearly identify and capture goals and deliverables of a project Define activities required to accomplish project goals Work with subject matter experts from across the enterprise to collect all business requirements necessary to accomplish project goals Identify required project team members Clearly and concisely document a project plan Identify key risks and constraints within the project plan Monitor and measure project performance and variance from plan Monitor specific project results to determine if they meet relevant quality standards Collect and disseminate performance information (progress reports) Identify potential compliance and regulatory concerns related to project initiatives Identify potential impact to clients, associates, and shareholders Coordinate change across the project including scope, schedule, and team membership Effectively collaborate with associates from all business units and management levels Identify root cause of disagreement or contention and make corrections where necessary Capture, prioritize, and resolve project issues in an organized manner Ability to explain projects to individuals with multiple levels of knowledge Ability to quickly assimilate and understand the core functionality of information systems used within the company Ability to execute administrative tasks and testing associated with the project of responsibility Ability to execute troubleshooting and root cause analysis related to problems associated with the project of responsibility 5+ years working within an infrastructure technology role 3-5 Years of managerial/leadership experience preferred, including managing direct staff Effective interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), at all levels required Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills required Strong analytical and organizational skills required Must be able to work under minimal supervision and be a self-starter Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially MS Office Suite, MS Visio and MS Project 5+ years working in an infrastructure project management role Project Management Certification (PMP) is preferred 5 year's experience working within the financial services industry preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required About US Modis is a global provider of information technology staffing services and the second largest in North America.
