We are currently seeking exceptional candidates to become the next RN Supervisor in our West LA office. This is a temporary position with the potential to become regular employment.
Primary responsibilities:
Branch office clinical operations management – including practice standards, staffing and quality assurance and improvement
Case manager and field nurse supervision – ensuring the establishment and implementation of appropriate plans of care and accuracy of patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements
Current RN license in the state of California, recent negative TB test, current BLS CPR Certification, two or more years’ Home Health experience including coordination of care across multiple disciplines, computer savvy, communication and time management skills, familiarity with OASIS-C and COPs, participation in on-call rotation.
