Call Center IT Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: Our client, located in Los Angeles, California, is seeking an IT Manager to support call center and network needs. This individual would be responsible for everything from PBX & Dialer systems, server administration, desktop support and project management. Main Duties: Will support two locations and 30+ users Support fast paced sales team including automated dialer, SIP phones, and integration to CRM Provide PC troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades and new PC delivery Strive to increase efficiency and performance and to seek further career opportunities and growth Support a call center operation using Soundpoint 501 / Polycom 5.1 phone system Kforce Inc. Job Ref#: 2312~WQG~1181917T1~99 JOB REQUIREMENTS IT Manager Qualifications: 3-4 years experience in LAN/ WAN management Knowledge of TCP/ IP, DNS, FTP, DHCP, VLAN, QOS and Subnetting Experience with VOIP & SIP systems using Asterik & FreePBX Experience in Windows Server Active Directory Domain with Win7 Enterprise Clients Experience in router & firewall configuration such as Cisco PIX and ASA devices Knowledge of virtualization preferably using VMWare ESXi Knowledge and experience supporting a hosted server environment, networks and enterprise mail including edits to DNS, Subdomains and host records Ability to translate management needs into projects to improve efficiency and to fulfill these projects within deadlines Ability to manage projects and constant technical support issues concurrently Ability to document all aspects of IT processes and systems a must Ability to learn and find solutions Strong initiative and follow through Some project management experience
